Thomas J. Marcoline

Partner

Thomas Marcoline joined the Law Office of Vincent Toomey in January 2001 and became a partner in 2006. He represents public and private sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including labor relations, collective bargaining and employment discrimination law. Tom has primary responsibility for a large part of our firm’s employment discrimination, wage and hour litigation practice, and is actively involved in negotiations and interest arbitrations on behalf of many of our clients. Prior to joining the Law Office of Vincent Toomey, Tom represented private entities and schools in a labor and employment law firm in Boston.


Mr. Marcoline received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Colgate University, where he was selected a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law. Tom is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts, as well as the federal district courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Massachusetts. Tom is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations, and is a Contributing Editor for the labor law treatise The Developing Labor Law.
