Our Firm
The Law Office of Vincent Toomey was founded in 1990. Our firm provides exceptional and personalized representation to our public and private sector clients on all aspects of labor and employment law. This includes the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and employment contracts, providing our clients with advice on personnel policies, employee benefits, wage and hour laws, and compliance with rapidly changing labor and employment law statutes and regulatory authority.
We represent clients throughout the New York metropolitan area. Our firm has a large base of municipal clients including counties, cities, towns, and villages that extend from eastern Long Island through the Hudson Valley. We represent private sector clients in numerous industries including media, entertainment, and hospitality.
A large part of our practice includes representing clients in labor and employment law disputes and litigation before federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies. We have litigated numerous precedent-setting cases on labor and employment law including matters concerning collective bargaining, discrimination, civil rights, disability, and disciplinary proceedings.
Our firm has represented most of our clients successfully for decades. Our attorneys bring a wealth of experience and expertise in all areas of labor and employment law.
